Privacy Policy

Arnold Onea ("I", "me") builds and publishes mobile applications and websites as an independent developer. This Privacy Policy covers all apps published under the developer name Arnold Onea, including but not limited to ArnBake.

I take your privacy seriously. The core principle is simple: I do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. Period.

My apps collect zero personal data. Specifically:

• No analytics SDKs are included — no Firebase Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude, no custom telemetry. • No advertising identifiers are collected or transmitted. • No user accounts are required or offered. • No crash reporting services are integrated that transmit data to third parties. • No cookies are set by my applications.

Apps like ArnBake store data locally on your device using AsyncStorage (or equivalent platform storage). This includes:

• Timer presets and bake history logs • Photos you take within the app (stored as file references in your camera roll) • App preferences such as theme mode and notification settings

This data never leaves your device. It is not backed up to any server I control. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is deleted with it.

Some apps may request the following device permissions:

• Camera & Photo Library — Only used when you choose to attach a photo to a bake log. Photos remain on your device. • Notifications — Only used for local on-device timer alerts. No remote push infrastructure is used.

All permissions are optional. The apps function fully without granting them, with graceful degradation for photo and notification features.

My apps do not integrate any third-party services that collect or process user data. There are:

• No ad networks • No social media SDKs • No embedded analytics • No remote configuration services • No over-the-air code update services that transmit device metadata

The App Store / Google Play may collect their own usage data as part of the platform. That collection is governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies, not this one.

I do not share any data with third parties because I do not have any data to share. No user data is transmitted from the app at any point during normal use.

My apps do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since the apps collect no data from anyone, there is no age-specific data handling.

This website (arnoldonea.com) is a static site deployed on Vercel. It does not use cookies, does not set tracking pixels, and does not collect personal information. Standard server logs maintained by Vercel may include IP addresses and request metadata as described in Vercel's own privacy policy.

If this policy is updated, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be reflected in app update release notes.
